Greystar is a market leading fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment, development, and property management of multifamily residential properties globally.  

The Digital Marketing Manager (Performance) will oversee digital performance campaigns for our UK and Ireland businesses. This role will have ownership and accountability for revenue through digital acquisition channels. This is 6 month FTC. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create, deploy and optimise Paid Search, Paid Social and Display campaigns/activity to achieve our commercial targets (leases, revenue) across our UK and Ireland brand
  • Delivery of paid advertising (e.g. Paid Search, Display, Facebook and Instagram) end to end, from audience building and keyword research to A/B testing and bid optimisation as well as conversion rate optimisation on landing pages for lead generation while managing different brand budgets
  • Work with the Sales analyst and the Digital Marketing executives to provide insightful reporting and analysing on marketing efforts by using Google Analytics as well as channel analytics
  • Line management responsibility for two digital marketing executives, supporting, reviewing and managing their workloads
  • Plan and execute international digital media campaigns to influence reach, generate leads, increase direct sales and brand awareness
  • Analyse data from marketing channels to strategically look at performance and optimise future activity to drive customer engagement
  • Manage relationships with external agency partners working on Paid Media for certain UK and Ireland brands
  • Ensure that the brands’ overall corporate identity and brand is adhered to in relevant digital assets or campaigns
  • Ensure that all communications are of a consistently high quality in copy, tone and design and are optimised for engagement and conversions
  • Monitor and provide accurate reports and analysis on digital campaigns, website traffic and conversions, to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  •  Experience in delivering performance marketing campaigns from end to end, demonstrating personal ownership and campaign focus, specifically in Paid Search, Paid Social and Display among other acquisition channels
  • Confident in managing external agency relationships that involve significant budgets
  • Strong digital analytics capability and experienced in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager
  • Good understanding of interpreting digital data for the benefit of optimisation
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging digital marketing trends, optimisation techniques and social media platforms
  • Excellent understanding and experience in managing of PPC & Paid Social, including keyword research, ad copywriting, keyword bid optimisation, A/B testing, retargeting and audience building
  • Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills
