Job Description

Greystar is a market leading fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment, development, and property management of multifamily residential properties globally. The UK business is rapidly growing, providing exceptional student accommodation through our Chapter platform, as well as an expanding portfolio of multifamily properties throughout London.

The Team Assistant delivers all daily operational responsibilities creating an exceptional 24/7 resident experience, and provides organisational and business administration support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative duties including diary management, expense processing, organising team events and following up actions to ensure completion within agreed timelines
  • Processing current and past utilities
  • Helping out with duties for the Community including marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration and delivering an exceptional resident experience
  • Monitor inboxes
  • Assist with the contract process for setting up new vendors/making contract amends
  • File location and process auditing
  • Creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices including raising purchase orders, invoicing, updating the finance tracker, monitoring progress against budgets

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and third parties to ensure the Resident experience is seamless
  • Experience in a similar position, providing administrative support within a busy, fast paced, professional and confidential environment
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare commercial standard business correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and anomalies in documents and reports
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and demonstrate good judgment under pressure
  • Proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
