Job Description
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join the Greystar team based in Salford - This is a full time role.

About the role

  • Ensures the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of the community, including external litter, all internal communal spaces, reception and office areas.
  • Work as part of a friendly and supportive team playing a vital role within the Community team to ensure all our residents enjoy a high level of cleanliness throughout their community.
  •  Responds positively to customer queries, resolving them in a timely manner or signposting residents to the most appropriate person to assist them.
  •  Cleans the reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
  •  Checks on a daily basis all amenity areas and cleans where required.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within cleaning/ housekeeping, ideally in the hospitality environment.
  • Passion about delivering an exceptional service standard with a keen eye for detail - it’s the little things that make a big difference!
  • Understanding of UK Health and Safety requirements and the safe use and maintenance of cleaning products and tools
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends on a rota basis.
  • A good level of English is important, additional languages are desirable.
