We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional to join our growing Finance team in London on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Greystar is a market leading fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment, development, and property management of multifamily residential properties globally.  In the UK, Greystar provides exceptional student accommodation through our Chapter platform, as well as an expanding portfolio of multifamily (build to rent) properties throughout London.

Within this role you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and refunds; reconciling accounts; and work to resolve account issues and respond to internal business and supplier queries proactively. You’ll also monitor accruals for management accounts and assist with purchasing, cash management, budgeting and any other ad-hoc tasks given to you.

Experience in a similar position, providing administrative/accounts payable support within a busy, fast paced and professional environment is essential, along with an understanding of accounting procedures, standards and compliance requirements. You will also possess strong numerical, data entry and excel skills; along with experience using accounting systems (Yardi would be an advantage). Experience working within the property, hospitality, retail or leisure sectors is desirable.

You’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships; and love to work collaboratively within teams as well as independently, with initiative, to achieve results. You’ll have a high attention to detail and a talent for process improvement, great organisation skills and a flexible approach to allow you to work successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for Real Estate and an interest in a building a career within Real Estate finance. In all likelihood, you may be a recent accounting/finance graduate or studying toward a qualification.
