Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our growing team in Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Based in Barcelona, you will work in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide a commercially focused Human Resources support service aligned to business needs, providing expert advice and support in the areas of employment relations, recruitment, selection, performance management, reward and policy development.

ABOUT YOU

As the successful candidate, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: 
  • Solid practical experience of performing successfully in an HR role 
  • The ability and judgment to analyse situations and provide commercially focused advice and guidance to managers and team members, minimizing business risk and maximizing team member engagement.
  • A passion for customer service and a flexible approach to working supportively with others in the achievement of the overall Company goals; patient, responsive and demonstrates a positive attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical skills in applying Spanish employment law principles. 
  • Experienced in managing recruitment and selection processes.  
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other HR systems, experience in Workday would be advantageous.
    Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with impact and influence.  
  • The ability to priorities and organise workload, show good judgement under pressure and effectiveness in a changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail to produce and manage accurate and complete files, documents and sensitive data.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential
